How should I use the Project Investment Planner?
Use it as an early conversation range, not a quote. It applies disclosed illustrative finish and condition factors to broad project ranges. An on-site review, developed scope, selections, and known conditions are required before project pricing.
What is included in a written scope?
The signed proposal identifies included work, exclusions, allowances, selections, and the agreed project sequence. The level of detail depends on the project and is reviewed before construction.
How are changes handled during construction?
Requested or required changes are documented with their scope, price, and schedule effect before the additional work proceeds whenever circumstances allow.
Why is an on-site review required?
Photos and descriptions are useful, but access, existing systems, concealed conditions, dimensions, and local requirements can materially affect the construction plan.
Do you renovate investment properties?
Yes. Investor services include fix-and-flip, rental, and value-add renovations plus pre-construction scope and budget planning. We do not promise returns, sale values, or appraisal outcomes.
What warranty do you provide?
Warranty coverage is written and defined in each signed project agreement. Manufacturer coverage may also apply to selected products according to the manufacturer's terms.
Do you provide financing?
We do not advertise or provide financing. We can discuss construction milestones so you can coordinate the project with your own funding plan and financial professionals.
Can you confirm whether I can build an addition or ADU?
Possibilities depend on the property, site conditions, utilities, and local approvals. A website inquiry cannot confirm zoning or permit eligibility.
